建中樂旗隊成立於1983年，至今已邁入第三十五個年頭。近十年來，由於升學制度與大環境改變造成隊員人數銳減，但樂旗隊依然堅持追求高水準的表演，也努力實踐建中人狂狷浪漫的精神。
建中樂旗隊是臺灣少見同時注重室外行進樂隊與室內管樂合奏的樂團。除了國內多項比賽與表演外，教練團二十年多年來也堅持每年暑假出國比賽，一方面希望讓建中人體會為國爭光的責任與榮耀，一方面希望能持續拓展樂旗隊的視野，精益求精。這些年來足跡踏遍日本、韓國、加拿大、美國、馬來西亞、澳洲、英國、義大利、德國，2017年更是首度入選在荷蘭柯爾克拉德舉辦的世界音樂大賽，在行進樂隊比賽獲得89.5分的金牌獎。
建中樂旗隊也榮獲由美國蘇沙基金會所頒發之「蘇德勒盾章」（Sudler Shield Award），表彰其多年來的卓越成就。

Founded in 1983, ChienKuo High School Marching Band has enriched the lives of more than 2500 band alumni by nurturing their performing talents, providing a stage to showcase their musicianship, and instilling a sense of discipline, responsibility, confidence, and pride that would prove to be important lessons for life. The band has also enchanted audiences around the world with wonderful performances that brought home eight top-three placements in the World Championship for Marching Showbands and two champions in the Showbands Live! competition of the Calgary Stampede. It has also garnered more than twenty champions in the concert band and marching band contests in Taiwan's National Scholastic Music Contest. ChienKuo High School Marching Band is a proud recipient of the 2016 Sudler Shield Award, presented by the John Philip Sousa Foundation.

北京明遠教育書院實驗小學鼓舞天下打擊樂社團成立於2010年，現為朝陽區朝花藝術團。成立至今始終貫徹著“嚴謹，堅持，合作”的團訓，積極配合學校辦學主旨，讓學生能從社團中獲得更好的精神面貌及優秀素養。曾獲得國家及市區級諸多獎項。2017年樂團代表中國打擊樂學會出訪日本與日本打擊樂學會交流，不僅接受了頂級大師的現場指導，更是同日本冠軍行進樂團共同排練演奏，並在東京新浦安音樂廳舉辦了專場音樂會。在全國青少年打擊樂大賽中多次奪得金獎第一名。樂團勵志：成就孩子們成為人生的冠軍！在刻苦的訓練中，講師本著師者傳道、授業、解惑的宗旨。努力鍛造孩子們成為：家庭的驕傲、社會的精英、國家的棟樑。行進打擊樂，一直在行進。

Beijing mingyuan education academy experimental primary school was founded in 2010 to encourage the world percussion club, now chaoyang district chaoyang chaohua art group. 黃耀文 / 評審團主席
黃耀文先生過去25年中積極參與馬來西亞行進樂隊的發展，由他指導的行進樂隊皆在當地或國際間均享有盛名，尤其是維多利亞少年團銅樂隊。
曾在往年舉辦的許多國際性行進樂隊比賽及大會擔任顧問及裁判，在澳洲，印尼，新加坡，泰國，柬埔寨，菲律賓，香港，中國，南韓，日本，比利時，丹麥，荷蘭，義大利以及加拿大等國家活躍的參與樂隊比賽。
他也在1998年舉辦的Commonwealth Games，2001年舉辦的東南亞運動會，以及馬來西亞第五十周年國慶盛典中的管樂隊表演中均擔任主要協調者，指揮以及編排等重要職位。
在2007年至2010年間，黃耀文成功的舉辦吉隆坡世界行進樂隊大賽，此大賽是亞洲地區指標性的行進樂隊比賽。在2011年，他負責舉辦世界行進樂隊協會在馬來西亞吉隆坡舉行的世界盃行進樂隊大賽。
黃先生現職亞太管樂協會的執行董事，同時也擔任香港步操樂隊聯盟及香港青年步操樂隊大賽之顧問。
克里斯‧赫拉德
克里斯‧赫拉德來自加拿大亞伯達省卡加利，擁有卡加利大學音樂教育學士，以及夏威夷大學音樂教育碩士。是位相當受歡迎的教育家、指揮家、演奏家、講師、音樂比賽評審和製作人。他以表演者、指導者、指揮和編排隊形變化的身分投入音樂教育事業已超過25年。現在長期擔任Bishop Carroll高中樂隊的指揮兼藝術總監，同時也領導Westwinds成人社區樂團協會。克里斯‧赫拉德所指導的合奏團在高級數賽事中贏得眾多金牌獎。
克里斯‧赫拉德常常受邀擔任許多地方性、國家級，乃至國際性音樂比賽的裁判和客席指揮，現在擔任Calgary Stampede Show bands Live大賽的評審團主席，而且名列國際行進樂隊評審協會，曾受邀擔任在德國舉行的歐洲盃和在巴西舉行的世界盃評審。
2014年，克里斯‧赫拉德被指定為世界行進樂隊協會理事會之一。
大川勝己
從國中開始就是行進樂對中的小號吹奏者，大學主攻文學，畢業於創價大學。之後在波士頓的Berklee College音樂學院中與Mr. Raymond Kotwida學習小號。此外在1992至1997年間，在美國的DCI(Drum Corp International)、The Cadets軍校、波士頓及印第安之星中的活動及營隊中學習。現任神奈川縣立湘南高中行進樂隊的指導老師，並在2005年得到金牌獎的榮譽。也是日本鼓樂隊的評審團中的副主席，曾擔任多個樂團的音樂與隊形排練指導教師。自1998年開始擔任裁判，並有至泰國及韓國的評審經驗。
凱薩姆‧提貝亞梅柴庫爾
凱薩姆‧提貝亞梅柴庫爾先生是泰國相當知名的打擊音樂家，被稱為泰國鼓隊之父， Wat Suthiwararam學院畢業，主修前排打擊，1999 年至 2000 年參與麥迪遜鼓號騎兵團(Madison Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps)，更是國際鼓號樂隊聯盟 (Drum Corps International, DCI)、前排藝術協會 (Percussive Arts Society, PASIC)馬林巴琴獨奏與合奏成員。自美國返泰後， Kasem擔任暹羅鼓號騎兵團 (Siamyth Drum & Bugle Corps)前排打擊組長，2012 年曾錄製馬林巴木琴與吉他獨奏曲《Songwad》，2015年並與曼谷交響樂團合作演出馬林巴協奏曲《Mahamongkol》。
凱薩姆先生目前仍持續在泰國朱拉隆功大學、美國、馬來西亞、新加坡知名學府任教，並將多年教學成果出版為2004-2008鼓號練習本。 現為曼谷鼓隊協會執行長、曼谷交響樂團前排打擊首席、前排打擊愛好者鍵盤手，是世界音樂大賽( The World Music Contest)成員和世界行進表演樂隊協會(World Association of Marching Show Bands)官方評審，同時是前排打擊設計者、藝術家。
史提夫‧尤利克尼
史提夫目前旅居於日本的西宮（Nishinomiya,Japan），是Pro-Mark顧問公司的國際教育和市場營銷顧問，專門為西宮區的Bremen Music living提供專業的服務。史提夫來到日本之前，他曾在美國的德克薩斯州休斯敦的幾所公立學校擔任樂隊負責人以及專業的打擊樂手，同時也擔任德克薩斯州休斯敦地區樂隊的顧問。
史提夫擁有行進樂隊打擊深厚的背景，常常受邀擔任Winter Guard International的評審或合奏演出，同時也是Drum Corps International的打擊評審。除此之外，史提夫是位活躍的室內行進樂隊評審和指導者，也是常擔任於美國和日本舉辦的音樂講習會講師，目前是日本WGJ的執行長。
海老沢慶人
海老沢慶人先生現居日本神奈川，曾於加州大學洛杉磯分校就讀，主修行進指揮，師承Tom Peacock，在美期間曾加入亞特蘭大精靈鼓隊騎兵團( Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Corps)。返日後，Ebisawa先生成為日本行進樂隊協會( Japan Marching Band Association)核可教練，指導全日本多個行進樂隊並提供諮詢，包含小學、中學、大學多所學校，數個社區型行進樂隊團體，及曾在京都演出的 Gryphons行進樂隊，並在日本、香港、泰國、韓國、新加坡、台灣和印尼擔任評審、講師。海老沢慶人先生曾指導全日本高中運動會、全日本高中文化季、全日本文化節，在日本協會年度旗隊、鼓隊營授課，並擔任日本空中自衛隊中央樂團行進協調人。
