Marching Band​

Dating back to its drum corps origins in the 1960, it gradually transformed into the current standard instrumentation in 1982, and added the color guard section to enhance visual effects in 1992. Since then, CKMB has established itself as the leading marching ensemble in Taiwan, earning wide acclaim for its excellence, creativity, and discipline. Members receive marching and concert band trainings, and it is this dual mode that fortifies the fundamentals of the band. The band travels abroad regularly to participate in competitions and performances, and has entertained many audience in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Korea. Recognitions, among many, include two third-place standings in the World Championship for Marching Show Bands and the champion of the Calgary Stampede International Marching Band Competition.
